Terms of Service – VenomSkins

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VenomSkins website and your purchase of digital items from us. VenomSkins is operated by [Company legal name], [registered address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a Steam account in good standing that is able to trade.
You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region where we do not offer our services or where purchasing from us is prohibited by law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, including your Steam trade URL, and for all activity on your account. We will never ask for your Steam password or Steam Guard codes. Keep them to yourself, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Items and listings

We sell in-game items for Counter-Strike 2 that are delivered through the Steam trading system. Each listing describes one specific item, including its name, wear, float value, pattern and any applied stickers where relevant. In-game items exist within Valve’s platform and are subject to Valve’s terms, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement. We do not control how Valve operates, values or modifies items, trading or the game.

Prices can change at any time before you complete checkout. If a listing contains an obvious error, such as a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and the methods available depend on your region. We may run fraud and compliance checks before delivery and may cancel and refund an order that fails them.

5. Delivery

We deliver items by sending a Steam trade offer to the trade URL on your account. Delivery is complete when you accept that trade offer. Trade offers stay open for a limited time; if an offer expires or fails, you can request a new one from your order page.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including Steam outages, Steam Guard trade holds, restrictions on your Steam account or changes to Valve’s trading rules. Items you receive may be subject to Valve’s trade protection period. We do not reverse completed trades for orders that have been paid and delivered.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

7. Store balance and the Symbiote Club

Cashback and other rewards from the Symbiote Club are credited as store balance. Store balance can only be used on VenomSkins, has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. We may change program tiers and rates with notice, but balance you have already earned remains usable.

8. Prohibited use

Using stolen payment methods or accounts, or committing any other fraud.
Filing chargebacks for orders that were delivered as described.
Using the service for money laundering or to evade sanctions.
Scraping, automated purchasing or interfering with the site’s operation.
Impersonating VenomSkins or our staff.

We may suspend or close accounts involved in prohibited use and cancel related orders.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for changes Valve makes to items, trading or the game, or for losses caused by the compromise of your Steam account. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Not affiliated with Valve

VenomSkins is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike 2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the version in force when you placed an order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
