Usually it is a wrong trade URL, a private inventory, a Steam Guard hold or Steam having a moment. Fix the cause and resend the offer from your order page. If we still cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

A real VenomSkins offer only gives you the items from your order and never asks for any of yours. Check that the items match your order page. If an offer wants your skins in return, decline it.

Never. We do not ask for your Steam username, password or Steam Guard codes, and we never use pop-up or third-party login prompts. If something asks for them in our name, it is a phishing attempt. Close it and tell us.

Yes, any time before the item is delivered: cancel from your order page and the money goes back to your original payment method. Once you accept the trade offer, the sale is final, because skins cannot be un-bitten. See our Refund Policy for the details.
